Option 1 - Keep 21" wheels but get the 275 35 R21 for front and 295 35 R21 tires for rear, some of the people who did this say they experienced a better ride with wider tires than the factory ones which were ...Northern Virginia. Northern Va.The most efficient setup I'd run is the Model 3 Aero wheels with Aero caps and a low rolling resistance 235/55R18 XL tire like the Primacy MXM4 ( tirerack.com link ). That tire will certainly provide less traction and grip than the OE combinations, but is probably the best wheel and tire combo for outright range on the Model Y.

You will need hub rings tho as the bore size is 64.1mm on the Y. There are plenty options of eBay. Just look for ones that go from 74.1mm to 64.1mm.
